Psychological Counseling Services

Welcome to Psychological Counseling Services
As rewarding and exciting as the college years may be, they also bring demanding challenges. At times life can seem more stressful than meaningful and fulfilling. Personal functioning, academic performance, and social relationships may be affected. It is a sign of strength and emotional intelligence to recognize when you have a problem, and it is also the first step in resolving it.

More than 400 students every academic year visit Psychological Counseling Services. By the time a class graduates, more than 40% have come to see a counselor at least once during their time at Williams. They come from diverse backgrounds and speak to counselors about issues of every level of severity. The staff makes every effort to provide a safe, confidential space in which you can explore your concerns.
