Opportunities for Practice (Virtual)

    Living in a pandemic is stressful, breathing helps. Learn a variety of micro-mindfulness practices and reconnect in heart, mind, body and spirit. This group focuses on mindfulness and meditation skills development – simple practices with a big impact on concentration, relationships with stress, self-care, sleep, and overall wellbeing.   • Wednesdays, 12-1pm with Kassandra Getfield, MA, NCC and Angelique Bush, MSW, LCSW

    Come join us for a meal! This is a drop-in space for students to meaningfully connect with peers. Students will have the opportunity to check in, in a variety of ways and converse with others about topics such as: COVID, loneliness, academic stressors, etc. Open to all students.
